Don Taco is a satirical apparel brand that says the things most people are thinking but no brand is brave (or stupid) enough to print.
Each design is a commentary, a double-take, and a conversation starter -worn by people who believe the best way to fight absurdity is with more absurdity.
The character -a bewildered cartoon taco with no qualifications and absolute confidence -is the joke, the mirror, and the merch. He doesn't understand why he's in charge. Neither do we. That's the point.
I founded this brand because the people demanded it. They came to me -millions of them -and said, 'Don Taco, we need your leadership in the apparel space.' I said okay, because I am generous. I am the most generous taco.

Every slogan was written by me personally. My brain is very large and very creative. The best brain in the apparel industry. Nobody writes slogans like I do. Ask anyone.

When the people in charge won't say it, someone has to. Even if that someone is a cartoon taco who doesn't fully understand what he's saying. Especially then.
"Chickens Out" is what happens when the powerful won't stand up. So Don Taco does -confused, bewildered, but accidentally brave. Every shirt is a small act of refusal to stay quiet.
